Thanksgiving/ Chiara's Par-tea, she is 3!

We spent Thanksgiving at Marc's parents like we do every year. His brother from San Jose and his family come down for a few days. These are pictures taken from our time there.

Luca is One!!

LUCA IS 1!

I threw a Curious George Party for Luca. I made a Curious Geaorge eats banana bean bag game and a pin the yellow hat on the man game. Marc made Chiara and I "Bananas for Luca" shirts.
It was a really beautiful day and a great party surrounded by family and friends!

Halloween 2013

Made this chalk board by painting chalk board paint on the glass of this old picture frame.
 Chiara was a fairy ballerina

 Mummy Calzones
 Deviled Eggs and Olive Spiders
Yellow Squash Skeleton (from our garden) and avocado dip
Ants on a log and Frankenstein Celery :)
Right before we went trick or treating! Luca was an angry bird. He is acting out the part. I don't have more pics of his first Halloween yet! Coming soon.

Bates Nut Farm Luca is 11 months, and pumpkin painting

It was fun to visit Bate's Nut Farm Again. We hadn't been there in 3 years since I was 8 mos pregnant with Chiara.
It was a very windy day, but we still had fun with Marc's brother as we went through the the hay maze, picked out pumpkins, took a hay ride and saw the crafts and animals.

Luca was mad because he wanted to hold the 11 months sticker
I got a gray pumpkin from Bate's and colored some of the ridges. We mixed food coloring with old latex house paint and it worked! Below, we helped Marc's nephew turn his pumpkin into a purple minion from Despicable Me II
